Do you ship within the United States?

Yes. We ship to customers throughout the United States. Domestic orders may be delivered through carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Who pays for return shipping?

For approved quality-related returns, AALIYAH UMBRELLAS LLC covers the applicable return shipping cost.

For non-quality-related returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

When will I receive my refund?

After an approved return is received and reviewed, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Are your products subscription-based?

No. Products purchased through aaliyahumbrellas.com are one-time purchases and are not subscription products.
